This week we worked in teams to develop the building mass of our ideal school.  Foam blocks representing the program spaces were arranged in a variety of schemes.  We discussed how to group areas of program based on function of spaces, circulation between spaces, views and daylighting, and location within the project site.   After presenting each of the schemes there were many similarities between both teams’ ideas.  We now have lots of good ideas to develop the building further in the next few weeks!
