Our students met at Clune’s office and they finally got their first chance to start developing their ideas on paper! We introduced them to Bubble Diagrams and Parti Diagrams. But first, Mentors introduced them to their building program near Clark Street and State Street. A small parcel between the Witt Hotel and Harold Washington College. Afterwards students had an opportunity to develop bubble diagrams based on their building program to get a sense of connectivity between spaces. Then they moved into developing parti diagrams based on a single word! In the end, students and mentors had a better sense on how to develop architectural diagrams based on any given building program!
